We are hiring for a Coordinator in the Dry Mix Departments at our Louisville, KY facility. You will report to the department Team Lead.

+ 1st shift - Standard schedule is 5:45 - until job is completed.

+ Part Time - 20-25 hrs a week, with potential for additional hours by signing up for special projects.

+ Role reports onsite to our Louisville, KY Plant

+ Hourly Rate: $24.95+0.25 shift differential.

**A Day in the Life of a** Machine Operator in Dry Mix:

+ You will follow developed Coordinator standard of work.

+ You will own shift DMS functions around CIL, Centerline, Defect handling, Validations and all other tools directed by Line Structure Team.

+ Identify training needs and develop training plans to ensure shift flexibility and sustain performance.

+ Provide administrative support in shift performance reporting of regulatory paperwork, quality assurance documentation and daily shift reports.

+ Facilitate a Continuous Improvement Environment by utilizing the Gemba Process and CPS tools (SOP, Centerline, SOW, Visual Indicators, Troubleshooting, Fishbone/Root Cause UPS etc.) to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

+ Audit operators standard of work and provide necessary feedback.

+ Support Team Leader in daily activities and provide shift direction in the absence of a Team Leader.

+ Develop TM's in the continuous improvement process by assigning and recommending TM's to CPS training and FI teams.

+ Support all sanitation responsibilities.

+ Perform all other responsibilities as required.

You Have:

+ Work scheduled shift with flexibility for other overtime, weekends or off shift needs.

+ Working knowledge of excel and word processing software.

+ Knowledge of manufacturing practices and quality guidelines.

+ Can perform all job functions in current job family.
