Reporting to the Procurement Project Manager, we are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our Contract Procurement Excellence team. You'll manage and execute Request for Proposal (RFP) processes using the Ariba Sourcing platform. You will also support the Enterprise Procurement team in advancing Procurement Excellence projects that drive efficiency, compliance, and value across the organization. You'll contribute to sourcing and contract management efforts that strengthen procurement operations and governance. As part of a dynamic, evolving team, you'll help implement process improvements and collaborate across functions to enhance procurement performance.

Position Responsibilities

+ Lead end-to-end RFP processes within the Ariba Sourcing tool, including project setup, stakeholder coordination, supplier invitations, and bid evaluations.

+ Collaborate with Category Managers and cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies and requirements.

+ Be the primary contact to Suppliers via the Supplier Help Desk for general questions around the Conagra RFP process.

+ Ensure compliance with internal sourcing policies and procedures.

+ Analyze supplier responses and support the development of award scenarios and recommendations.

+ Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within Ariba to support audit and performance tracking.

+ Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on Ariba sourcing functionalities.

+ Support Suppliers through our supplier Help Desk

+ Continuously identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes and leverage Ariba capabilities.

+ Support the enhancement and standardization of procurement processes, tools, and templates to promote consistency and continuous improvement across categories.

+ Provide contract administration support, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and execution through established procurement systems.

+ Help with the development and rollout of process improvements, training materials, and best practices to enhance procurement efficiency and consistency.

+ Monitor and track metrics to support reporting, analytics, and performance insights.

+ Participate in system enhancement or technology improvement initiatives, providing user feedback and supporting testing and adoption activities.

Position Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree

+ 5+ years' experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contracting roles; experience supporting process improvement, change management, sourcing activities, or procurement systems.

+ Familiarity with e-procurement tools and contract lifecycle management systems e.g., Ariba, SAP, CLM or similar

+ Experience managing multiple sourcing events simultaneously

+ Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, to transform data into actionable insights.

+ Travel required up to 15%

+ Number of days in the Omaha office: 3 Tuesday - Thursday

Compensation:

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
