    What You'll Be Doing

    + Coordinate daily delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of ready-mix concrete.

    + Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and plant personnel to manage orders and resolve issues.

    + Monitor truck locations and adjust routes as needed to meet customer demands.

    + Maintain accurate records of deliveries, schedules, and customer interactions.

    + Support safety and compliance by following company policies and DOT regulations.

    Work Environment

     

    This role operates in an office setting. It involves frequent communication with drivers and plant staff and may require occasional visits to operational areas. The pace is dynamic, with a focus on coordination and responsiveness.
