    NTT DATA Services currently seeks a **Business System Analyst - Pharmacy** to join our team on a long-term, W2 Contract, working **100% Remote-US** . Must work EST hours. **This contract starts on 11/4/25 and ends on 6/30/26** . Min and Max pay range is 61.00-64.00 W2 hour.

    Job Summary:

    The **Business Systems Analyst will support the Pharmacy Portfolio** team by analyzing user requirements, improving existing systems, and facilitating data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and portfolio owners to complete scoping documents, manage strategic program roadmaps, and maintain reporting dashboards using Smartsheet and Google Sheets.

     

    Additionally this business analyst will assist the Pharmacy and Ambulatory application owners with application technical assessment remediation coordination with our vendors and our TA and security teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and domain owners.

    • Complete and maintain initial scoping artifacts and ballpark estimates in collaboration with business sponsors.

    • Update and manage idea records and promote qualified ideas through the demand lifecycle

    • Monitor project tracking boards to ensure timely progression through project phases

    • Extract data from ServiceNow and maintain reporting dashboards and strategic roadmaps in Smartsheet and Google Sheets

    • Create and manage Smartsheet dashboards and reports using formulas and visual tools

    • Coordinate with the Strategic Realization Office and other departments to ensure alignment and progress

    • Work independently to meet deliverables and escalate issues appropriately

    • In collaboration with portfolio and application owners, serve as a primary point of communication, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders, executives, and senior leadership.

    • Review application technical assessment remediation documentation and facilitate appropriate meetings/correspondence to reach an agreeable path forward to mitigate or resolve the remediation via collaboration with the vendor, DO, TA, and Security team.

    Minimum Job Qualifictions and Skills:

    • 3–5 years of experience in Pharmacy business systems analysis or a related pharmacy focused role (e.g., data analyst, project coordinator with technical skills)

    • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or stakeholder engagement is required

    • 1 year of experience in Google Suite, including Sheets (advanced formulas VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS), Google Forms, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sites

    • 1 years of experience with Smartsheet (Grid, Timeline, Dashboard) and creating reports using formulas a plus

    • 1 year of experience in the ability to extract and manage data from ServiceNow

    • 1 year of basic understanding of pharmacy healthcare concepts is required

    Preferred Job Qualifications:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision

    • Project Management Professional certification a plus

    • Understanding of application system security a plus

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong initiative and ability to “hit the ground running”

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

    • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

    **Education** :

     

    Bachelor’s degree is required

    Interview Process:

    • One 30-minute virtual interview with the hiring manager joined by the Pharmacy Portfolio Lead

    Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is **61.00-64.00** . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
