    Help at Home is hiring an onsite Intake Client Associate! We offer weekly pay between $23.00-$25.00 an hour! Office hours Monday-Friday 9:00a.m.-5:30p.m. The office address is: 148 39th St. Brooklyn (Industry City), NY 11232.

    Job Summary:

    The core duties of the Intake team and the Intake Client Associate will include growing the Medicaid client base and nurturing relationships with referral sources for Help at Home services within the New York market. The Intake Client Associate will expand the Help at Home client base through direct contact with potential clients and referral sources.

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

    + Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business needs to drive account growth Act as a representative for Help at Home within the community, enhancing brand awareness and supporting strategic business development initiative

    + Ensure efficient communication channels and procedures that streamline operations and enhance client and referral source management

    + Acquire, retain, and monitor key relationships with Case Managers for contribution towards meeting goals.

    + Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Understand their business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive account growth

    + Follow up on leads effectively and in a timely manner.

    + Maintain the database with all sales activities.

    + Actively engage with clients to ensure a timely admission process for start of services.

    + Support the onboarding, training, and continuous development of Intake Client Associates. Provide mentorship, feedback, and foster a culture of professional growth.

    + Facilitate collaboration with recruiting and onboarding teams to ensure consistency in best practices and communication across departments.

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    + Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce, Medicaid Portal SMS

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

    Education and Experience:

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Two (2) years in client services, or a related role, with a focus on intake processes.

    + Medicaid, Waiver and Home Healthcare experience preferred.

    + Experience managing relationships with distribution partnerships and/or referral sources a plus.
