_What Individualized Care contributes to Cardinal Health_
Clinical Operations is responsible for providing clinical specialties support and expertise in the areas of advice and consulting, research and patient care to internal business units and external customers.
Individualized Care provides care that is planned to meet the particular needs of an individual patient.
_Responsibilities_
+ This position proficiently transcribes call center records for quality purposes
+ Able to quality review adverse events submitted by staff before submission to client safety unit (client QA team)
+ Must be technically proficient at all times and within the scope of this job description
+ Knowledgeable about the client program and product/service offerings.
+ Interprets and transcribes inbound and outbound calls from patients and health care providers.
+ Responsible for prompt, neat and accurate transcription of records.
+ Able to identify adverse events.
+ Ensure documentation is in order and following client regulatory guidelines.
+ Identify trends and training needs from transcription opportunities and escalate appropriately.
+ Able to work effectively with dynamic, integrated task teams
+ Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
_Qualifications_
+ 2 years call center experience preferred
+ 2 years of transcriptionist experience preferred
+ 2 years of quality review experience preferred
+ Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) strongly preferred
+ Knowledge of medical terminology
+ Excellent organizational skills
+ Exceptional listening skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
+ Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
+ Multi-tasking, time management and prioritization skills

**TRAINING AND WORK SCHEDULES:** Your new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CST, mandatory attendance is required.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with the possibility of both voluntary and mandatory overtime. Candidates must be flexible and available to work any assigned shift within our standard business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Overtime hours may vary based on business needs.
**REMOTE DETAILS:** You will work remotely, full-time. It will require a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet. Internet requirements include the following:
Maintain a secure, high-speed, broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) at the remote location. **Dial-up, satellite, WIFI, Cellular connections are NOT acceptable** .
+ Download speed of 15Mbps (megabyte per second)
+ Upload speed of 5Mbps (megabyte per second)
+ Ping Rate Maximum of 30ms (milliseconds)

+ Surge protector with Network Line Protection for CAH issued equipment
**Anticipated hourly range:** $17.90 per hour - $25.60 per hour
