The expected annual salary range for this role is $108749.97 - $159499.96 a year.

What you’ll do:
Job Summary
The Specialist - IT System Architect for the Digital Manufacturing will have primary responsibility for designing and implementing Digital Twin solutions using 3DX software. This role requires defining and articulating a cohesive architectural vision for Inventory Management capabilities within Digital Twin 3DX.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues and challenges, provide data to support decisions, and ensure the effective implementation of 3DX processes. FInally, the System Architect will work closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects to deliver solutions that are aligned to the broader architecture guardrails.
Job Responsibilities
As our Digital Twin System Architect specialist, you will be in charge of your functional scope to :
• Solution Design: Participate in design workshops to gather and understand client requirements. Create functional and technical specifications.
• Lead the design and development of comprehensive system architectures that encompass hardware, software, networking, security, and cloud components.
• Ensure the architecture is scalable, modular, and adaptable to future business needs and technological advancements.
• Implementation: Oversee the implementation choices and manage the realization of the solution. Ensure the solution aligns with the client's needs and the standard operation of the 3DX system.
• Integration: Secure and manage integration phases and deliveries. Work on integrating Digital Twin with ERP, SAP, PLM, and plant control tools like DCS, SCADA, OPC, PLC, and Historian.
• Documentation: Document all activities and organize acceptance phases.
• Client Interaction: Maintain direct contact with clients during workshops and throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leadership: Provide architectural leadership and assist delivery teams in producing optimal solutions. Ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service departments, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of all processes.
• Work closely with project managers to manage the systems team and schedule assignments.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years in manufacturing domains
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Digital Twin manufacturing Solution and development background. With a proven track record of shipping high quality products
• This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation is provided. Only candidates that reside within a 50-mile radius of the following locations: Beachwood, Ohio; Moon TWP, PA; Galesburg, MI; Raleigh, NC; Menomonee Fall, WI; or Houston, TX will be considered. Active-duty military are exempt from the geographical mile limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET, Java scripting, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server/Oracle or comparable software
•Experience with 3DX modules like factory flow simulation, robot simulation and operations experience
• Proven experience in designing and developing system architectures for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, security, and cloud components.
• Experience with data integration, data modeling, and data design.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
• Expert level understanding of DevSecOps, CI, and CD principles from code check-in through to deployment
• Extensive experience with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, containers, and cloud services.
• Advanced in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
