    SUMMARY

    Core member of the HR Operations team supporting the HRIS Operation. Supports, guides, and optimizes Human Resources (HR) technical operations through Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system, Ceridian Dayforce, and other HR systems to be added to our system stack. Provides support and troubleshooting for daily activities for HR team and other users of these systems. HCM modules supported include: Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Performance, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Reporting (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence [OTBI] and Business Intelligence [BI] Publisher). Performs functional quality assurance testing and documentation in preparation for all HR business cycles and system upgrades. Assists HR with any technical needs and creates process documentation as needed.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Provide Tier-1 System Support: Serve as the first point of contact for HR system users by troubleshooting and resolving issues across Oracle HCM and related HR systems. Investigate reported issues, replicate and test in lower environments, identify root causes, and document resolutions.

    + Configure and Maintain HR Systems: Manage configuration updates and module setups throughout the annual business cycle. Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process workflows, configuration notes, testing scripts, and issue logs.

    + Collaborate on System Integrations: Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between Oracle HCM, Ceridian Dayforce, and other HR platforms. Escalate and resolve complex technical issues requiring second-level support.

    + Enable HR Process Optimization: In partnership with the HR Project Manager, advise HR and cross-functional teams on system capabilities, process improvements, and technology solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.

    + Support Payroll Interfaces: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ceridian Dayforce payroll interfaces and data transfers from Oracle HCM.

    + Develop and Manage Reporting: Create, maintain, and enhance HR reports and dashboards using Oracle BI, OTBI, SQL, and Excel. Fulfill ad hoc data requests and ensure data accuracy across systems.

    + Own HR Reporting Catalogue: Act as the steward for the HR reporting catalogue, ensuring reports are accurate, relevant, and up to date. Collaborate with IT to redesign or optimize reports as needed.

    + Drive Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test cases and execute functional, prototype, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, new features, and annual HR processes.

    + Maintain Organizational Data: Create and update position and organizational structures (business units, departments, locations, positions, and jobs). Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to ensure consistency and data integrity across systems.

    + Support Headcount and Workforce Planning: Partner with HR Project Manager and Business Partners to manage headcount tracking and approval workflows. Prepare and distribute accurate monthly headcount reports to stakeholders.

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Manage and track IT service tickets for HR system-related issues.

    + Create and present data visualizations and analytics on workforce demographics.

    + Assist with biweekly processing of job, position, and salary changes as needed.

    REQUIRED SKILLS & PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    + Advanced human resources information system (HRIS) knowledge and experience working in a Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud environment; Oracle HCM experience is preferred.

    + Experience with data visualization tools.

    + SQL experience Preferred

    + Advanced analytical skills (i.e., ability to synthesize complex data but explain it simply).

    + Knowledge of interfaces/high-level system architecture.

    + Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint

    + Ability to shift priorities as the needs of the business change; ability to multi-task.

    + Strong organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently.

    + Keen attention to detail particularly as it relates to auditing data/data accuracy, troubleshooting systems issues, and quality assurance testing.

    + Strong drive to understand business processes to support the functional needs of the department.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to produce easy-to-understand system documentation.

     

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 4-Year College Degree (BA, BS) required with up to 4 to 6 years of relevant HR Systems experience.

    WORK ENVIORNMENT

    + Hybrid Role: Remote work 2 days per week (After 90 Days Onboarding)

    + Required Travel: 5%

     

    COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $70000 - $97,000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. (Internal Job Grade: P2)
