About the Role:
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of a 1.2 million sq ft hospital facility in Youngstown, OH. You will serve as a key point of contact, working collaboratively with clients,vendors, and contractors to manage facility tasks and work orders from initiation to completion.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
What You’ll Do:
+ Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
+ Manage the full lifecycle of work orders, from collection and filing to tracking and completion.
+ Coordinate both soft and hard services within the facility.
+ Assist the Facilities Manager with the generation of purchase orders and setting up accounts payable.
+ Facilitate correspondence with vendors, technicians, and clients.
+ Schedule vendors for critical maintenance repairs and ongoing upkeep.
+ Meet vendors on site and escort them into the office for scheduled services.
+ Receive parts and ensure their timely delivery to the appropriate personnel for job completion.
+ Utilize Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, to track information and manage spreadsheets.
+ Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders.
+ Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status.
+ File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
+ Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.
+ Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
+ Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

•CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $60,000 annually [or $28.85 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
