Overview
The Program Analyst serves as a key support to the Program Manager and executive leadership team on the BNATCS Program. This role combines operational coordination, analytical insight, and executive support to ensure efficient program execution, clear communication, and timely delivery of program objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Partner directly with the Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and track program activities, deliverables, and milestones.
+ Provide executive-level support including meeting preparation, briefing materials, reporting, and follow-up on action items.
+ Coordinate communication and information flow between leadership, program teams, and external stakeholders.
+ Support daily operations by managing schedules, documentation, and logistics across multiple workstreams.
+ Monitor project performance and resource utilization; prepare summaries and dashboards for leadership review.
+ Analyze operational data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Draft and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
+ Assist with decision-making processes by providing clear, data-backed insights and recommendations.
+ Maintain awareness of priorities, deadlines, and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment across the program.
+ Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process efficiencies.
+ Represent the program office professionally in interactions with leadership, partners, and customers.
+ Perform other duties as required to support program success.
Skills and Competencies
+ Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
+ Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive correspondence and briefings.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
+ Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams.
+ High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling sensitive information.
+ Familiarity with federal or large-scale technical program environments preferred.
Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Program/Project Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience supporting program operations, project management, or executive leadership.
+ Experience providing direct support to senior leaders or program managers in a complex organization strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
