    About the Role:

    As a CBRE Marketing Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for performing complex marketing research. This includes collecting, reviewing, and presenting information while maintaining databases.

     

    This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Research opportunities and forecast trends with statistical data. Measure the effectiveness of current marketing campaigns.

    + Make recommendations on current campaigns and communicate improvements based on customer feedback and research findings.

    + Establish target audiences and develop methods for complex data collection. This includes surveys, questionnaires, polls, etc.

    + Use modern and traditional methods of data collection to identify key focus areas.

    + Keep updated with ongoing market trends, previous trends, and their impact on the market.

    + Forecast upcoming trends in the market segment and communicate to the team to take action.

    + Review the effectiveness of current marketing campaigns, advertisements, etc.

    + Use AI tools to track current customer activity. Tap into potential untapped customer segments.

    + Research consumer buying habits and their correlation with various economic events.

    + Apply general knowledge of standard concepts and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.

    + Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

    + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.

    + Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

    + Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

    + Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

    What You’ll Need:

    + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    + Prior experience with data visualization tools.

    + Broad knowledge of Marketing Research and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

    + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

    + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    _CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Marketing Senior Analyst position is $61,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Marketing Senior Analyst position is $82,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience._ _Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
