At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $22.29 hourly, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

MT Students

After successful completion of coursework at an approved college/university and completion of a clinical rotation with an accredited laboratory, MT students are eligible to perform in that respective discipline under the direct supervision of the department Section Supervisor. Performs manual and automated testing and special procedures as appropriate. Interprets Quality Control studies to ensure reliable test result reporting. Processes clinical samples and performs as a phlebotomist as needed. Promotes a positive friendly image to patients, visitors and other hospital personnel.

Required:

+ Satisfactory completion of respective discipline while enrolled in an MT Program at an approved college/university.

+ This includes both the didactic and clinical rotation.
