    + ​This job is a member of the Situational Awareness Engineering team under the Cybersecurity and Technology Risk department.

    + Our team’s focus is to reduce the MTTD and MTTR of IT incidents to reduce downtime and other impacts to customers and/or revenue. This team accomplishes this with constant monitoring and timely alerting of issues to the appropriate teams.

    + This position will design, build, deploy, and support hardware and software that facilitates event correlation and alerting in the AA IT environment. This position will also work with teams within the company to design/redesign alerting solutions as is appropriate for their application and its criticality to the company’s operations.

    What you'll do

    + Designs, builds, deploys, and maintains Observability Engineering (SAE) tools through collaborative efforts with team members and third-party vendors

    + Onboards applications into dynatrace platform and work on platform support and core engineering work areas to mature the Observability platform

    + Ensures the Dynatrace platform is in stable condition and proactively works on fixing platform issues with the platform and user tickets.

    + Owns the administration of the Dynatrace platform and provides comprehensive consultation to our application customers.

    + Collaborates with project managers, engineers, administrators, platform architects and customers to deliver projects on time Works with suppliers on product lifecycle and refresh planning

    + Develops documentation for requirements, operational policies, and procedures, as well as documentation to deploy monitoring tools to the data center and application operations teams

    + Proactively recommends courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness and competitiveness

     

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training

    + 3 years of Dynatrace administration experience

    + 3 years of Linux/Unix Administration experience

    + Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Github Actions Scripting/programming experience using Javascript

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Recent certification in Dynatrace.

    + Experience with AIOPs platforms

    + SRE experience

    + Configuration management with Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet

    + Scripting/programming experience using Python, or Bash Working knowledge of MySQL

    + Knowledge of tools/technologies such as Nginx, RabbitMQ, MySQL, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch

    Skills

    + Proficient in Dynatrace administration skills,

    + Expertise in Windows/Linux (Server 2012/2016/RHEL)

    + Strong proficiency in Python and self-reliant in at least one other programming language such as Javascript or Bash

    + Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

    + Experience working with continuous integration and/or continuous delivery systems such as Jenkins

    + Working knowledge of one or more cloud technologies. PCF, Azure, Citrix, AWS, Google

    + Knowledge of IP networking including TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, IP routing, etc.

    + Knowledge of security principles and methods

    + Experience in Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM

    + Solid judgment and analytical skills; strong follow-up and organizational skills

    + Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs

    + Ability to anticipate user requirements and identify and resolve complex problems; strong customer service and communications skills

    + Experience in evaluating and explaining problems or situations; root cause analysis
