_What’s the job?_

Come start a career with us at CertainTeed as a Mill/Active Storage Operator. In this position, employees will operate the Cage Mill and Impact Mill systems safely and efficiently to produce high-quality and consistent stucco for production line operations.*

**Compensation:** $21.00

**Shift:** 7pm-7am. Rotating shift as follows: 3 days on, 4 days on, off every other weekend

The Mill and Active Storage Operator will be responsible for:

+ Operating the front-end loader, forklift, dump truck, bulldozer, water truck, and other mobile equipment

+ Operating all equipment in a safe and efficient manner

+ Be able to work with minimal supervision

+ Troubleshoot and independently fix a wide range of process and equipment issues

+ Maintain housekeeping in the working area shift, and vacation coverage (additional training will be delivered)

+ GED or High School Diploma

+ Excellent team working skills

+ Ability to work a 12-hour fixed shift

+ Ability to demonstrate acceptable attendance and workdays, nights, or weekends as scheduled

+ Experience in operating heavy mobile equipment (including but not limited to: dump truck, front end loader, bulldozer, excavator)

+ Preferred: Manufacturing experience: 1 year (Preferred)

+ Proficient PC skills (desired)
