The Senior Manager of Demand Generation & Web Strategy leads a high-performing team responsible for managing web platforms and driving mid- and lower-funnel marketing performance across North America. This role combines operational excellence, digital optimization, and automation expertise to deliver measurable business impact across multiple brands and countries.
Web Strategy & Management
Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of brand websites across North America. Ensure seamless user experience, strong SEO for LLM and web, brand consistency, and technical performance across a multi-brand, multi-country environment.
Marketing Automation & CRM Integration
Manage email marketing drip campaigns, SMS strategy, and automated workflows integrated with Salesforce and other CRM platforms. Ensure scalable, personalized engagement across the customer journey.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Execution
Develop and execute ABM strategies that target high-value accounts with tailored digital experiences and content. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and drive pipeline growth.
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
Lead a team of nine digital marketers and specialists. Foster a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement. Build scalable processes and systems to support enterprise-wide digital performance.
This role operates in a highly matrixed, multi-brand environment with significant operational and strategic complexity. It requires deep expertise in digital marketing systems, optimization, and automation, along with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. + Bachelors in marketing, Digital Strategy, Business, or related field required.
+ 10-15+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, and demand generation, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
+ Expertise in web platforms, UX/CRO, and digital performance analytics.
+ Strong understanding of email marketing, SMS strategy, and CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce).
+ Experience with ABM platforms, marketing automation tools, and content personalization.
+ Skilled in team leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
+ Ability to operate with agility and precision in a large-scale enterprise environment.
+ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills.
