Job Description:
Coordinates project schedule, assignments, staffing, and activities under the direction of the SIS Program/Project Manager to achieve the project scope and timeline established by the project sponsors and the project Steering Committee.
+ Maintain key project documents and processes, including:
+ Project Plan
+ Project Schedule
+ Testing and quality control plan/schedule
+ Risk management plan and risk register
+ Training plan/schedule
+ Change control process
+ Project templates, forms, and SharePoint/document storage locations
+ Signoff documents and lesson learned
+ Other tools and templates as needed
+ Collect, assemble, and publish project status reports
+ Coordinate and facilitate communication and meetings among all project team members. Manage expectations of project stakeholders. Facilitate project communication, execution, and delivery of approved scope within the expected timeline and budget approved by the project Steering Committee. Organize and facilitate meetings needed to accomplishing project objectives.
+ Coordinate team member assignments, schedules, status reporting, and adherence to the project’s management methodology in coordination with the program/project manager. Coordinate schedules and meetings with project leads.
+ Provide direction to the project team to execute the project according to the project plan.
+ Coordinates cutover and delivery of project deliverables and systems. Inspect project deliverables and ensure they meet acceptable quality standards. Hold team members accountable for achieving project results.
+ Manage and promote team project and team morale, focus, and enthusiasm. Resolve conflicts individual needs and requirements of the project. Mentor and coach team members as needed.
+ Maintain project SharePoint site
+ Other duties as assigned
