    American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading provider of payments for corporations and businesses of all sizes globally. The US SME (Small Medium Enterprise) segment is the largest opportunity for growth in GCS and a key area of strategic focus and investment. The US SME Customer Marketing team deepens relationships with existing customers by offering powerful backing and financial support to Small & Middle Market businesses.

     

    How will you make an impact in this role?

     

    The Senior Analyst, US Customer Marketing will support the Director in developing and executing marketing strategies that deepen relationships with existing business customers, drive cross-sell growth into expense management solution(s), and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. This role combines end-to-end campaign execution, analytical rigor, and strategic creativity to measure business impact.

     

    The Senior Analyst will collaborate closely with partners across Product, Analytics, Compliance, and the broader Marketing organization, as well as creative agency partners. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a transformational strategy for the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Execute end-to-end customer campaigns, in partnership with numerous stakeholders inclusive of creative agency partners, field partners, compliance, and product.

    + Manage all tracking and reporting for campaigns, including partnering with analytics teams for measurement readouts and sharing reporting updates with sales leadership teams.

    + Use data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities, inform cross-sell recommendations, and test new channels/strategies.

    + Keep pulse on competitive insights, in addition to customer marketing, email and omni-channel trends, and best practices, to champion a modern, relevant experience for B2B customers.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + 2 years of relevant work experience (Customer Marketing, CX, Analytics/Reporting, and/or Lead Generation).

    + Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and derive insights.

    + Proven ability to identify opportunities to digitize and enhance the customer journey.

    + Superior attention to detail to ensure end-to-end flawless execution.

    + Ability to build relationships and partner with numerous cross-functional teams.

    + Proactive contributor, with ability to operate autonomously.

    + Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Salesforce MarketingCloud experience a plus.

    + Bachelor's degree required.

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
