+ コンタクトセンター領域の企画・設計・業務改善を通して、コンタクトセンターの運営を最適化し、コンタクトセンターの業務生産性の向上と顧客及びビジネスパートナー(代理店)の顧客満足度の最大化を実現
•責(Job Responsibilities)
+ コンタクトセンター領域のデータベースからデータ分析及びデータ提供
+ 会社施策に基づく、課題整理、あるべき改善策の提案
+ コンタクトセンターのKPI(応答率・放棄率・平均処理時間等)のレポートやKPI改善を目的とした提案
+ コンタクトセンターへの新たな業務プロセスやソリューションの展開
+ 上記に伴うプロジェクトの運営

+ 資料作成スキル(Excel、Word、Powerpoint)
+ 英語力(TOEIC:780点以上)
+ コンタクトセンター領域の知識があれば、尚可
+ CRM(Salesforce)やCTI(Genesys Cloud)の知見者歓迎
