As a **Security Officer - Access Control Specialist Driver** in **Saint Louis, MO** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer, where you will help to deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service at a dynamic location. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and conduct routine patrols to maintain a secure environment for all occupants and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver license, as you may be responsible for patrolling across different areas of the property. Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

+ Availability across various days and shifts

+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Experience with access control systems and/or badge systems is preferred.

+ Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
