Our client, an industry leader in energy and pipeline operations, is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to join their team. As a Planner/Scheduler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting project planning and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title: Oil and Gas Maintenance** Planner/Scheduler

**Location:** Sabine Pass, Texas

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

+ Plan and coordinate project and turnaround activities for the asset.

+ Create and maintain project and outage plans using planning software.

+ Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and long-term schedules for maintenance and upgrade work.

+ Coordinate work orders and schedules with project, construction, and operations teams.

+ Manage dispatching of work and ensure resource availability in collaboration with supervision.

What's Needed?

+ Experience with SAP, particularly SAP S/4HANA, in a maintenance or project planning environment.

+ Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.

+ Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and execution processes and best practices.

+ Proficiency with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
