    Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative

    **Location:** Huntington, WV

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    **Starting Pay:** $15.00/hour

    Position Overview

    Join a dynamic and fast-paced team as a **Customer Service specialist** ! We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills.     Key Responsibilities

    + Manage order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure accuracy and timely completion

    + Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person

    + Prepare and maintain documentation, quotes, and project details using Microsoft Office and Adobe

    + Create and update marketing materials using Canva

    + Learn and navigate company software and vendor systems

    + Maintain organized digital and physical files

    + Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams

    + Support daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks

    Qualifications

    + Experience in a Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom a major plus.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Canva

    + Strong organizational and time-management skills

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    + Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    + Detail-oriented and dependable with strong follow-up skills

    + Quick learner with adaptability to new systems

    + Experience in the kitchen and bath industry is a plus, but not required
