    Our client, a leader in innovative demonstration projects, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Demonstration Projects Department supporting various initiatives aimed at advancing building decarbonization and sustainable development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Project Manager

    **Location:** Albany, New York (Remote work available with in-person meetings in NYC metro area approximately 1-2 days per month)

     

    Pay Range: $55-$65/HR

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

    + Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and consultants.

    + Coordinate market engagement activities such as event planning and resource development.

    + Analyze data to support reporting, program improvements, and new strategy development.

    + Support the development of Program Opportunity Notices (PONs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least 5+ years of relevant project management experience.

    + Familiarity with the NYC real estate market and building decarbonization concepts.

    + High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and complex data analysis.

    + Strong project management and critical thinking skills.

    + Excellent external and customer communication skills, both written and verbal.
