Addison TX- **Work Model- Hybrid (3 days Onsite)**

Position Summary

Were looking for a Python Developer who can be responsible for building and maintaining document capture applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering with experience in building Machine Learning Models and DevOps processes.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as developer in Python technologies including Machine Learning

- Experience in building and deploying enterprise applications for document management process that includes OCR, Deep Learning, etc.

- Solid experience in Logging, Caching, Transaction Management, Multi-Threading/Concurrency, Performance Tuning, and Monitoring aspects of the applications.

- Solid design documentation skills using UML

- Understanding and usage of DevOps processes for the build and deployment.

- Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills

- Agile Project Process Knowledge.

- A positive attitude, excellent written, and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to develop, review and comment on written technical documentation.

- Process oriented and detailed oriented.

- Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced project environment.

- Willingness to be accountable for meeting all deliverable dates for task assignments.

- Knowledge of banking industry processes.
