Our client, an industry leader in aerospace propulsion systems, is seeking a US - Sr Advanced Mechanical Engineer to join their team. As a US - Sr Advanced Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of the Engine Dynamics group supporting propulsion engine and APU development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Design and analyze rotor dynamics, system dynamics, and shafting components using advanced finite element methods.
+ Provide technical oversight and guidance to global engineering teams across different time zones.
+ Contribute to requirements validation, project compliance, and risk management activities.
+ Participate in design reviews, technical presentations, and process improvement initiatives.
+ Ensure adherence to engineering standards and customer requirements through detailed analysis and documentation.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting rotor dynamics or system dynamic transient analyses for aerospace turbomachine applications.
+ Proficiency in rotor dynamics, linear static, nonlinear/elasto-plastic, transient analysis, fatigue (HCF & LCF), modal, shock, harmonic, random vibration, & crack growth analyses.
+ Strong working knowledge of ANSYS or NASTRAN finite element software and classical hand calculation methods.
+ Excellent communication skills in English, capable of delivering technical reports and presentations clearly and efficiently.
