    Job Summary:

    **onsemi** is seeking an experienced and driven **Product Line Manager** to lead the **Silicon Carbide (SiC) Bare Die Product Line** within the **SiC Power Division** . This role focuses on developing wafer products (bare dice) for **traction inverter applications** in **electric vehicles (EVs)** and other **high-power systems** (100–400 kW).

     

    The Product Line Manager will oversee product strategy, cross-functional execution, and key customer relationships with major Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of industry-leading SiC solutions while driving business growth and maintaining market leadership. Additionally, you will report to the Sr. Director business unit and lead a small team of high-performance professionals that interact with leaders and executives across the enterprise.

    Responsibilities:

    + Define and validate the SiC die portfolio for automotive applications in collaboration with customers and internal teams.

    + Lead strategic planning, execution, and delivery of automotive programs aligned with business objectives.

    + Manage relationships with key EV OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

    + Oversee product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring quality and compliance.

    + Analyze market trends and customer needs to guide product strategy and innovation.

    + Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L to achieve financial targets.

    + Present program updates to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality
