    We have an exciting opening for a HR Manager in Charlotte, NC. This position Implements the organizations HR strategy to ensure the attraction, selection, development, and retention of current and potential employees.

     

    + Your day to day/ Your main responsibilities

    + Directly or indirectly implements recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried employees

    + Develops and manages relationships with staffing agencies.

    + Leads recruitment, selection, and offer extension for senior roles.

    + Directly or indirectly oversees performance management practices.

    + Manages the succession planning and talent management cycle.

    + Monitors effectiveness of processes.

    + Conduct Talent Reviews.

    + Directly or indirectly oversee the development and administration of local and corporate training offerings.

    + Monitor the effectiveness of training and development.

    + Support development of senior roles.

    + Responsible for managing all employee grievances and disciplinary processes.

    + Could liaison with unions or works councils.

    + Facilitate the annual merit review cycle; ensure appropriate allocation of variable compensation.

    + Liaison with group and corporate leadership compensation and benefit schemes.

    + Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of HR staff.

    + We are looking for talent with

    + University Degree( or international equivalent); Advanced Degree Preferred.

    + Minimum Experience: Minimum Experience 6 to 8+ Years.
