    Our client, a leading retail organization specializing in innovative consumer products, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Team Lead/ Keyholder Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Team Lead/ Keyholder Associate, you will be part of the Retail Operations department supporting the store team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

    **Location:** Paramus, NJ

     

    Pay Range: $20/hourly

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Greet customers warmly and identify their needs and preferences.

    + Provide knowledgeable and personalized product recommendations.

    + Assist customers with product selections and explain features and benefits.

    + Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    + Previous experience in sales, especially in appliance, jewelry, or technical sales, is advantageous.

    + Effective communication skills with customers and team members.

    + Multilingual abilities are a plus.

    + Proficiency in conducting product demos and handling transactions securely.
