    Our client, a leading provider of advanced automation solutions for the automotive industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team **.** As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams supporting Welding Operations Business Unit.

     

    **Job Title:** Project Manager

    **Location:** Shelby Township, MI | Requires 50% travel within USA

    **Pay Range:** $100 - $120K

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Lead automotive projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

    + Interpret and manage complex commercial contracts and scope of work documents

    + Oversee welding-related operations and ensure compliance with technical standards

    + Serve as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, and internal teams

    + Monitor project financials including budgets, invoicing, and payment collection

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + 10+ years of project management experience in automotive or manufacturing

    + Strong knowledge of welding techniques, codes, and inspection standards

    + Proven ability to manage commercial contracts and project documentation

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and project management tools

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PMP certification preferred
