    Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a Staff IT Program Manager to join their team. As a Staff IT Program Manager, you will be part of the IT department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Staff IT Program Manager

    **Location:** Seattle, WA or Provo (Hybrid work: In office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Remote on Wednesday and Friday. Relocation assistance available for candidates relocating more than 50 miles.)

    **Pay Range:** Up to $204,000

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead the execution of multiple strategic, cross-functional IT programs within a business-aligned domain, with a focus on quote-to-cash initiatives.

    + Manage end-to-end quote-to-cash transformations, including sales quoting, order management, contract lifecycle management, billing, and revenue recognition.

    + Collaborate with business leaders and finance partners to develop business cases, define value, and support investment proposals.

    + Partner with IT, architecture, and business leaders to define objectives, outcomes, and delivery milestones.

    + Drive alignment and collaboration across internal teams and external vendors, managing interdependencies and trade-offs.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology; MBA preferred.

    + 8+ years of experience managing technology programs, including enterprise applications, infrastructure, or platform delivery.

    + Extensive experience leading quote-to-cash program management, specifically involving Salesforce platform implementations and integrations.

    + Proven ability to influence roadmaps and partner closely with senior leadership across various departments.

    + Strong organizational change management experience, especially for Salesforce CRM and revenue operations teams.
