Our client, an innovative leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a dedicated Engineering Technician to join their dynamic team. As an Engineering Technician, you will be an integral part of the Operations Team supporting the development of cutting-edge electronic hardware. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, innovation, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

**Job Title:** Engineering Technician

**Location:** Fremont, CA

**Pay Range:** $50/hour

What's the Job?

+ Assist engineers during the development of new products to optimize manufacturing processes.

+ Accurately assemble and test a variety of electronic hardware from prototypes to short-run production.

+ Support rapid prototyping and low-volume hardware assembly to facilitate quick design iterations.

+ Perform quality inspections and ensure work adheres to established standards and procedures.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to promote efficiency and safety.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly.

+ Technical training such as soldering, trade school, or OJT classes (preferred).

+ Ability to read technical documents and drawings accurately.

+ Proficiency with assembly tools including cutters, crimpers, soldering irons, and torque tools.

+ Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators.
