Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Distribution Supervisor to join their team. As a Distribution Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the Distribution Center operations, supporting leadership in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Distribution Supervisor

**Location:** Allentown, PA

**Duration:** 12+ Months Contract

What's the Job?

+ Supervise and lead a team of 20-30 employees to meet operational goals

+ Establish performance standards and monitor employee performance regularly

+ Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and government laws (ISO, GMP, OSHA, DEA, DOT, CFR, IATA, IMO, etc.)

+ Coordinate training programs and maintain documentation for quality systems and SOPs

+ Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Minimum of 4+ years of supervisory experience or successful completion of a Supervisor Trainee Program

+ Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably in chemical manufacturing

+ Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively

+ Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
