Position Profile

The **Customer Liaison** is responsible for managing specific customer activities across a set of accounts within an offsite location. In addition to delivering contracted services, this role involves direct client interaction to understand current and future needs, build strong relationships, and grow the account. Responsibilities may include on-site/off-site or third-party job coordination and consulting. The position requires a high level of customer engagement, with a focus on increasing volume and identifying new business opportunities. In some cases, technical support for equipment, production, and job requirements may also be required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

+ Interface with customers to manage higher-level work or job requirements requiring specific production knowledge or skills

+ Serve as on-site/off-site sales coordinator for presales and steady-state engagements

+ Responsible for quoting commercial and transactional print projects

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

Typically Required:

+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field

+ Experience operating advanced machines and performing complex jobs

+ Strong customer service background

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

+ Demonstrated customer service skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong organizational abilities

+ Ability to stay current with technology and market trends through relevant publications

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands

+ Must manage time effectively, including being on-call when needed

+ Ability to work 8–12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays

+ Must adapt to moderate to high noise levels in a production facility

+ Ability to cope with moderate stress in a positive manner

+ Requires standing for up to 4 hours daily at a copy machine

+ May need to lift up to 50 lbs., carry it 10 feet, and lower it back to the floor
