    Material Sourcing Specialist

    Direct Hire In York, PA (quarterly travel involved)

    **Salary** : $85K–$100K

     

    Manpower is assisting a leading manufacturer local to York with finding a results driven Strategic Sourcing Specialist. Join a dynamic manufacturing team focused on HVAC systems for off-road vehicles and machinery. We're seeking a sharp, experienced sourcing professional to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and support strategic goals.

     

    **Key Responsibilities** :

    + Develop and execute sourcing strategies

    + Lead supplier negotiations and contract management

    + Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance

    + Support new product sourcing and vendor performance

    **Qualifications** :

    + Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering

    + 2–5 years in sourcing/procurement (manufacturing preferred)

    + Strong ERP and negotiation skills

    + Global sourcing experience a plus
