Description
The Vendor Flex/Alternate Fulfillment team is hiring for a Supply Chain Manager, who will have responsibility for optimizing and managing vendor relationships and supply chain operations. You will design and implement supply chain solutions while driving continuous improvement across our network of vendors and products.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and optimize a portfolio of vendors, working directly with external vendor leadership to drive supply chain efficiencies and performance improvements
- Analyze key supply chain metrics and their respective inputs, conducting root cause analysis on trends and deviations
- Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships with business and operations teams to develop and implement supply chain solutions
- Drive process improvements and automation opportunities across the supply chain network, identifying opportunities to streamline operations
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data mining
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $57,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $106,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
