Amazon Worldwide (WW) Operations Finance Team is looking for an especially talented, customer service obsessed, resourceful and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support two busy Directors on the WW Ops Finance team.
This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment. You will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining great flexibility. You will have a strong sense of ownership and action under pressure, be customer-service oriented and have the ability to meet tight deadlines. Having great organization skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice will ensure success. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is imperative.
This role requires five (5) days a week in office. If hired into Irving, TX, Executive Assistant will work PST.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
- Manage domestic and international travel
- Manage procurement for the company and expenses in timely manner
- Drive key team activities (such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, supply ordering, etc.)
- Drive and track completion of key deliverables; follow up on pending items and projects as needed
- Organize, prioritize and manage time-sensitive, confidential information; ensure any action items are executed
- Work closely with leadership team and other -
Executives Assistants to provide support to the organization:
- Management of team space, including moves and reconfiguration
- Project/program management: Support annual operational planning process, business planning, and performance review cycles.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
