We are currently seeking anExecutive Assistant and Business Supportto join our team.
As part of the HSBC marketing team our ultimate goal is to drive improvements in HSBC brand equity and contribute to customer growth and increase customer value and satisfaction as we open up a world of opportunity for our customers in Wealth and Personal Banking.
This role will support the Head of Digital Channels (IWPB, CIIOM) and Head of Retail Products (IWPB, CIIOM) and your primary purpose will be to provide full administrative support which will include, but not limited to, dealing with a high volume of email, administrative paperwork and ensuring team deadlines are met.
In this role you will:
+ Provide full confidential and efficient administrative support e.g Maintaining an efficient diary system, providing relevant papers for meetings, and ensuring regular monitoring of diary items are followed through.
+ Assist in preparing for meetings, agendas, minutes and timely action resolution and be responsible for booking all business travel, accommodation requirements and expenses ensuring the most efficient and time/cost saving methods are used
+ Co-ordinate activities, resources, meetings, services and supplies whilst assisting with the execution and planning of business initiatives and activities in support of the strategy which may include, financial, technological and wider resource planning
+ Support with document management, drafting presentations and reports, meeting papers, agenda items, assisting with key documents e.g. business plans and MI collated for meetings and basic data analytics.
+ Provide regular engagement with Manager’s direct reports to ensure that projects are on track and updates are provided in addition to f acilitating and arranging the necessary logistics for Group’s Senior visitos and organising external and internal events e.g. Offsites and Town Hall’s, resources, meetings and managing internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
+ Proven background in a relevant environment with past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Administration/ EA is desirable but not essential
+ Previous experience of relevant systems, i.e. Excel / Word/ Powerpoint / Outlook / Zoom / Teams, with a flexible and adaptable approach to change and will support others to respond in a similar way
+ Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
+ Ability to build effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same whilst using a variety of analysis and problem-solving techniques
+ Pro active in approach, highly professional and organised with the ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholder is paramount
