We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Pricing & Product Manager

This role is an opportunity to be a key member of the Products team based in Jersey, Channel Islands. The role holder will be responsible for implementing strategy and undertaking day to day management of the two CIIOM liabilities portfolios, Expat and Islands and the various savings and deposit products that are offered to customers.

In this role, you will:

+ Product and Pricing subject matter expert.

+ Responsible for supporting Pricing and proposition development of savings products

+ Collaborate with other Product Managers, Legal, Compliance, Risk and IT for customer driven outcomes to regulatory or business change

+ Assist in establishing and maintenance a comprehensive approach to conduct risk management, driven by rigorous product controls and sustained energy to improve consistency and service standards

+ Responsible for the delivery of changes to our products and identifying areas to improve customer experience.

+ Understanding the competitor landscape and what it means for the management and development of products and services for our customers

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

+ Experience within Product Management, Product and Proposition Development and/or

+ Experience with Data Analytics within banking / financial services product team

+ Knowledge of and business exposure to banking products, ideally savings and deposit products.

+ Excellent communications skills twinned with ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders.

+ Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills, and SQL skills a plus.

+ Ability to analyze detailed financial, market and competitor information.

+ Strong numerical and analytical skills with a strong emphasis on problem solving and strategic thinking.

+ Strong customer focus.
