Residential Living Manager

We are looking for a Residential Living Manager to join our client, a long-standing behavioral health provider, that has been serving the North Carolina community for over 45+ years. They offer care for all ages across outpatient, inpatient, and residential programs focused on mental health and substance use recovery.
What You’ll Do
+ Supervise and support staff — hiring, scheduling, coaching, and keeping the team motivated.
+ Manage daily operations, from new client admissions and paperwork to keeping documentation up to date.
+ Work directly with clients on life skills like budgeting, housekeeping, time management, and job readiness.
+ Plan activities and interventions that build confidence and support recovery.
+ Collaborate with the treatment team to discuss client needs and make sure everyone stays on the same page.
+ Build community connections and partnerships to expand resources for clients.
Qualifications:
+ Qualified Professional (QP) under NC DHHS guidelines
+ Experience working in residential, behavioral health, or substance use settings
+ Confident leader who knows how to delegate, organize, and support others
+ Strong communicator with a genuine, people-first approach
**Pay Details:** $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
