Job Overview
The **Shipping Coordinator** will manage outbound shipping operations, ensuring all products are shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in logistics coordination and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee daily outbound shipping operations and documentation according to SOPs.
+ Track and resolve shipping discrepancies and claims to completion.
+ Conduct monthly inventory counts for finished goods.
+ Monitor and meet outbound shipment and delivery schedules.
+ Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards.
+ Analyze shipping data to identify trends and process improvements.
+ Provide shipment tracking information and address customer shipping inquiries.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and vendors, negotiating rates to optimize cost and service.
+ Develop and implement best practices for material handling, auditing, and shipping procedures.
+ Support automation initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
+ **5+ years** of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse coordination.
+ **Associate’s degree** preferred.
+ Proficient in **SAP** and **Microsoft 360** .
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
+ Demonstrated commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

**Pay Details:** $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
