**Adecco** is seeking a talented **Business Analyst** to help us drive data-driven decision-making and enhance brand experiences. As a Contract Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing data across various domains, including consumer behavior, digital media, and business processes.

+ **Pay Rate** : $ 67.19/hr

+ **Shift** : Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

+ **Type:** Temp to hire

+ **Location:** Onsite in Saint Louis, MO

Responsibilities:

+ Collect, examine, and shape requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure comprehensive documentation of business needs.

+ Facilitate the identification and translation of core business needs into high-quality data products.

+ Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Business Partners to refine a robust backlog of user stories.

+ Enhance end-user satisfaction through continuous improvement of usability testing and product delivery.

+ Participate in all agile ceremonies and weekly team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

+ 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working with marketing data.

+ Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

+ Proven experience with business analysis techniques, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

+ Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.

+ Knowledge of consumer-packaged goods (CPG) terminology and business processes.

+ Hands-on experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL) and digital marketing metrics.

**Pay Details:** $67.19 per hour
