Now Hiring: Travel Home Health Registered Nurse – Wausau, WI – 3 Openings!

**Schedule** : 13 weeks | Day shift – M-F 8-430 | Rotation every 5th weekend and holiday rotation

_IMPORTAT: Must reside 50 or more miles from zip code 54401_

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oasis admissions, all time points, episode management, Dr calls, coordination of care, and documentation in EMR timely

+ Clinical competencies in wound care, IV ports, lab draws, chronic disease management, foley catheter, injections, and other nursing procedures

+ Travel to multiple patient homes within the assigned geographic territory

+ Will see 20-25 patients with 4-5 visits per day on average. Distance can vary from 25-60 miles per day, depending on territory, patient census and staff availability

+ Will Float at times, when low census, to other territories to assist

+ Dependable, accountable, compassionate, and positive attitude

Qualifications:

+ Current Wisconsin state or compact licensure required

+ Current AHA BLS is required

+ Knowledge of Medicare/insurance guidelines is Required

+ Oasis Required and EPIC EMR preferred

+ 2+ years of Home Health experience required & at least 1 prior travel assignment required

Pay Breakdown:

+ $1,120 per week (taxable)

+ $1,246 weekly per diem (non-taxable)

**Pay Details:** $2,366.00 per week
