Now Hiring: Quality Control Technician I – 1st Shift (Sterling, VA)
**Pay Rate:** $ 17.00/hr
**Schedule:** 1st Shift – 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
**Location:** Sterling, VA
Adecco is currently assisting a production facility in Sterling, VA in recruiting for a **Quality Control Technician I** . The ideal candidate will help ensure products meet strict food safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct and document quality control inspections
+ Perform personal hygiene & GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) checks
+ Collect samples for laboratory and sensory testing
+ Complete equipment calibration per QA procedures
+ Identify, document, and report non-conformities to QA leadership
+ Support clean, safe, and compliant production processes
Successful Candidates Will Bring
+ Strong integrity, respect, teamwork, and accountability
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
+ Ability to multitask effectively
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency with MS Office
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
+ Restaurant, food production, or sanitation background
+ Exposure to HACCP, audits, or sous-vide processes
+ Knowledge of food safety standards and GMPs
Education
+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
Training (Provided)
+ Food Manager Certificate
+ HACCP training
+ Sous-vide production training

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
