Customer Service Representative – Pharmacy Operations

**Location:** Onsite Cary, NC | Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

**Pay:** $18 – $20.40/hr. (based on experience)

**Type:** Temporary-to-Hire | No Weekends!

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional service on inbound & outbound pharmacy calls

• Schedule medication deliveries and process payments with accuracy

• Assist patients with prescription status, insurance verification, and billing inquiries

• Handle patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality

• Run medical claims and update patient records

• Identify and report Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Complaints (PCs)

• Support pharmacy operations by coordinating with clinicians and staff

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred)

• 1+ year of call center experience (healthcare or pharmacy preferred)

• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with pharmacy or medical systems a plus

• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite
