    1 full-time swing shift position (hours starting at 3:00pm), typically working 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday on-site in Logan, UT.

    What You’ll Work On

     

    We are seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate machinery in our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient running of production equipment to meet production goals and quality standards.

     

    You’ll Support Your Team by Performing the Following Key Tasks

     

    + Run and upkeep the sheet metal punch.

    + Shear sheet metal in preparing orders.

    + Forklift operation.

    + Set up machinery for operation according to production guidelines.

    + Monitor machine operations to ensure product specifications are met.

    + Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance tasks to keep machinery running smoothly.

    + Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards.

    + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Proven experience as a Production Machine Operator or similar role.

    + Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    + Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

     

    Work Environment

     

    Typical light manufacturing environment in our machine shop.

    Physical Requirements

    Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 40 lbs. of equipment over short distances as needed during fulfilling job responsibilities. This position includes sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
