    We’re looking for a **Senior Full-Stack Engineer** to join our small, passionate, and fast-moving team. You’ll help us evolve our core platform, tackle complex performance challenges, and experiment with new technologies, including AI, to make our product and our team better every day.

     

    **Location:** This role can be based anywhere in the US. We are based on US Eastern Time, and we welcome candidates who can collaborate during those hours.

    What you’ll do:

    + Build and ship features across our entire stack, from backend services to customer-facing interfaces.

    + Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

    + Experiment with AI tools to boost developer and user experience.

    + Collaborate closely with teammates across engineering, product, and design.

    + Take ownership of projects from idea to production.

    + Mentor other developers and share knowledge to help the team grow.

    What we’re looking for:

    + 5+ years building web applications (Ruby on Rails preferred).

    + Proven ability to ship high-quality work with minimal oversight.

    + Strong ownership and drive; you make things happen.

    + Passion for solving problems and continuously improving.

    + Comfortable working independently in a distributed team.

    Bonus points for experience with:

    + Building APIs (REST or GraphQL)

    + Frontend frameworks like React or Next.js

    + Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools

    + AWS services and APIs

    + AI tooling

    Salary Transparency:
