Perks: + Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Hybrid position) + Weekly paycheck + Pay: $17.76 per hour + Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy (https://www.adeccousa.com/about-adecco-staffing/adecco-programs-partnerships/aspire-academy/) with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: + Partners with Team Members to provide the accountings that are required by the MA and CT probate laws + Perform assigned tasks quickly and proficiently and responds to requests as quickly as possible. + Prepare MA and CT court accountings accurately and timely. + Process checks for filing of MA accounts and legal fees. + Must be able to multitask and work well in a team setting. + Acts as a resource for trust officers and attorneys Requirements: + Key responsibilities include providing accurate and timely filing of probate accountings with the probate courts. + Job expectations include complying with the service level agreements for Probate Accounting and Private Bank. It also involves having the ability to respond to trust officers, attorneys, and the probate courts. + Strong accounting clerk background. + Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. + Strong organizational and communication skills.
