**Location:** Conway, NH
**Pay:** $21+/HR
**Schedule:** Monday – Thursday – 5:00AM – 3:30PM – _OT AVAILABLE_
We’re hiring dependable **Machine Operators** to join a well-established manufacturing team in Conway, NH. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants long-term stability in a clean, safety-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Operate and monitor production machinery to keep operations running efficiently
• Perform quality checks and record accurate production data
• Make routine adjustments or assist with basic equipment changeovers
• Follow work instructions, safety standards, and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools or machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift

**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
