    **Pay Rate:** $18.75/hr

    **Hours:** 15–29.5 hrs/week

    **Location:** Leesburg Premium Outlets

    **Start Date:** ASAP (Training before Thanksgiving)

     

    Adecco is currently recruiting for an energetic and customer-focused **Part-Time Keyholder** to support our client’s retail store throughout the busy holiday season. This role plays a key part in store operations, sales support, and customer experience.

    Position Overview

    The Keyholder supports the Store Manager by:

    + Assisting with daily store operations

    + Supervising sales floor activity

    + Driving sales and service goals

    + Supporting stock, visual merchandising, and POS standards

    + Leading by example to provide world-class customer service

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Schedule Requirements

    + Open availability leading up to Thanksgiving

    + Open availability the **week of** and the **week after** Thanksgiving (Black Friday required)

    + Must be able to support store hours through **end of January**

     

    Hours reduce after January, but strong performers may be able to continue 15–20 hrs/week.

    Essential Responsibilities

    + Drive sales to meet or exceed goals

    + Operate the cash/POS system accurately

    + Assist with training and development of staff

    + Maintain visual merchandising & stock presentation standards

    + Support store upkeep, cleanliness, and product replenishment

    + Follow company policy and audit procedures

    + Help monitor inventory, supplies, shrinkage, and compliance

    Additional Duties

    + Support planning and coordination of store tasks

    + Ensure a positive environment for both customers and employees

    + Communicate inventory concerns through proper channels

    + Maintain housekeeping standards in stockroom and on sales floor

    Assignment Timeline

    + November – End of January (holiday season)

    + Possible extension depending on needs & performance

    **Pay Details:** $18.75 per hour
