Adecco is seeking 4 Packing Supervisors to lead a teams of 30–40 associates in the precise packing of high-end, luxury products. This is a fast-paced environment where quality, presentation, and efficiency must meet premium brand standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on organization, motivates their team, and ensures each item is packed to perfection.

**Shift:** 6am-6pm or 6pm -6am

What You’ll Do

• Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of 30–40 packing associates to meet quality and productivity targets.

• Ensure every product meets luxury-level presentation and packaging requirements.

• Monitor output to achieve at least three high-quality packs per hour per associate.

• Partner with Inbound, Inventory, and System Support to ensure materials and product flow align with daily packing goals.

• **R** eport daily progress, identify challenges, and propose process improvements to leadership.

• Continuously evaluate workflow and suggest process enhancements for speed and accuracy.

• Uphold company standards and safety protocols across the floor.

• **Experience:** 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments (luxury or high-value product experience preferred).

• **Skills:**

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic reporting tools.

• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

• **Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

**Pay Details:** $28.00 to $29.00 per hour
