    ### Job Duties

    Purpose: The Chemical Applicator is responsible for the safe and effective application of fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other turf and landscape treatments. This position ensures proper chemical usage in compliance with regulations, promotes healthy plant growth, and maintains the overall appearance and health of client properties as well as the nursery.

    Responsibilities:

    Mix and apply growth regulators, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides at customer sites as directed

     

    Apply fertilizer to lawn to enhance growth at customer sites as needed.

     

    Document treatment schedule for each site and fertilizer/chemical used

     

    Apply chemicals per your training.

     

    Take direction from the President or other lead

     

    Assist the Garden Maintenance team as needed with any other duties at the customer site.

     

    Any other duties as assigned.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    Requires Pesticide Applicator’s License

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    6 months of grounds keeping/gardening experience a plus
